Refund policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email gdogistheman9@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you usually won't need to send the item back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
